Specialists at Eat&Fit develop meal plans, paying special attention to fitness and nutrition goals, such as weight loss or muscle gain. According to Davletov, it may be a bit difficult for individuals to get used to this type of eating due to the muted flavors. However, once their taste receptors «cleanse» and become more sensitive to the real taste of the food products, as opposed to flavor enhancers, people begin to feel comfortable. Clients of Eat&Fit forget about heaviness, overeating, and heartburn. They don’t have to think about what to eat for lunch, spend time cooking, waiting for couriers, or standing in line at a cafe for lunch.
Eat&Fit is still in the early stages of development. The office has a team of 10 people, while approximately 60 individuals are involved in production and delivery systems.
Davletov recalled the rapid growth he observed during the launch stage. Later, like other startup stories, Eat&Fit faced a «valley of death» — a difficult period between the initial funding of the company and the first income. However, as soon as they began to emerge from this challenging stage, quarantine restrictions due to COVID-19 were implemented. The relevance of the subscription model during the pandemic was very low. All restaurants and cafes entered the food delivery market. Additionally, their clients stayed at home and had a lot of free time.
The largest category of clients consists of high-level professionals and top managers, as shown by the company’s client development methodology. According to the founder of Eat&Fit, they are often focused on their careers and the development of their professional skills.
